Senior Project Management Analyst

Location: Onsite in St. Inigoes, Maryland; only candidates within a reasonable 50-mile commuting distance will be considered.

Salary: $107,000–$155,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Manage projects through the full life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and delivery.
• Coordinate requirements and project processes with Government Project Leads, Government clients, and project stakeholders.
• Support Integrated Project Team activities, project coordination, and status meetings.
• Prepare detailed reports and tailor project management tools to project-specific reporting needs.
• Monitor project execution, rebalance requirements, and resolve complex project challenges.
• Coordinate project information and activities across government stakeholders and project teams.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Master’s degree in any discipline and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree plus 4 additional years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience managing projects across the full life cycle.
• Experience working with Government Project Leads, Government clients, and project stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating requirements through delivery, supporting Integrated Project Teams, and producing project reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience using and tailoring project management tools.
