Sr. Clinical Portfolio Manager, Speech Therapy

Location: United States; fully remote with approximately 5% travel

Salary: $135,000–$150,000 annually, plus benefits and bonus

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day execution of the speech therapy program, including deliverables, timelines, milestones, and an 18-month roadmap.
• Translate program strategy into tactical plans, initiatives, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Coordinate with Clinical Strategy, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Client Success, Finance, and Business Analysis teams.
• Track clinical accuracy, approval and denial trends, turnaround time, savings, and quality measures.
• Partner with analysts to interpret data, maintain dashboards, investigate root causes, and report performance.
• Identify operational and technology improvements, support playbooks, and participate in client-facing program reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• 7+ years of clinical practice combined with program or project management experience, preferably in utilization management or healthcare technology.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Experience collaborating with analytics teams and turning data into actionable insights.
• Strong organization, execution, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field is preferred; licensed SLP with ASHA CCC-SLP is strongly preferred.
