HR Shared Services Manager

Location: US-Remote

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 base salary

What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of HR specialists, overseeing performance and daily workload.
• Own complex employee cases and escalations from intake through resolution.
• Manage AskHR reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Monitor and improve knowledge base quality to facilitate employee self-service.
• Drive process improvements and automation for routine HR tasks.
• Oversee specific processes including immigration, global compliance, and background checks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Three to five years of HR experience, preferably in shared services or operations.
• One to two years of experience leading a team.
• Proficiency with case management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Ability to handle sensitive cases and determine escalation needs.
• Exposure to global or multi-region HR support.
