Lead Application Developer (OFSAA)

What you will do

• Design and develop OFSAA solutions, including technical and business metadata, T2T, DT, Data Quality, Run Rule Frameworks, and PMF.
• Translate business requirements into OFSAA designs and map data elements from source systems to OFSAA data models.
• Build and maintain applications and integrations using Java, Spring, Oracle JET, SOAP, and RESTful web services.
• Work with SQL, PL/SQL, ETL processes, data warehouses, Oracle databases, and Erwin data modeling.
• Analyze system requirements, interfaces, program interactions, and impacted components.
• Perform software testing and validation, review results, document activities, and prevent rework through effective programming approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• At least seven years of related development or engineering experience.
• Financial services experience, including application development, enterprise implementation, project management, leadership, strategic planning, business acumen, and change management.
• Experience with OFSAA Infrastructure, FSDF, data modeling, Erwin, and source-system data extraction and loading.
• Experience with Java, Spring, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and job scheduling tools such as BMC Control-M.
• Less than 25% travel expected.

Nice to have

• Exposure to OFSAA General Ledger Reconciliation, AML, and KYC solutions.
• Experience with OBIEE Reporting.
