Senior Professional Services Engineer

Location: USA - Richardson, TX; telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy.

Salary: $128,939–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Install, configure, integrate, and support software solutions and equipment in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot application implementation issues and provide technical support throughout project delivery.
• Design, review, and document solution architectures, implementation infrastructure, and deployment frameworks.
• Integrate applications with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, flat files, and enterprise systems using ETL, XML, and scripting.
• Perform testing, technical quality control, issue documentation, and project follow-up through closure.
• Support Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management projects and collaborate with customers, implementation teams, and project managers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, REST, SOAP, JMS, microservices, Kafka, and design patterns.
• Experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows, Citrix, Linux, Mac OS, application servers, build tools, and version control systems.
• Experience with enterprise integration, NIM/Engage/NTR solutions, testing and logging frameworks, scripting, web technologies, and performance-tuning tools.
