Architecture Project Designer (Civic + Cultural)

Location: Irvine, California, United States; hybrid

Salary: $100,000–$155,000 base salary annually, plus an annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead design ideation with clients and project teams from concept through schematic design.
• Engage architects, engineers, and stakeholders early to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Guide presentations of design concepts and project documents for client review and approval.
• Lead project-specific design meetings, presentations, and collaborative design charrettes.
• Build relationships with clients, builders, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
• Mentor design teams and ensure alignment with design standards and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in architecture.
• 10+ years of experience across all phases of architecture projects.
• Advanced conceptual design and graphic presentation skills.
• Active architecture license in California required.
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
