Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 Months FTC)

Location: Hybrid work in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania, with two recommended office days per week

What you will do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and coordinate seamless interview processes.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, proactive sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Build candidate talent pools through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and employer branding campaigns.
• Advise hiring managers and interviewers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
• Track hiring metrics and improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and adoption of recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Experience sourcing candidates with LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of assessment tools and interview evaluation techniques.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in talent acquisition.
