Senior Data Analyst (Python/SQL)

Location: Full-time onsite role in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; remote and hybrid options are not available. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annually, plus potential performance bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate data sources against business requirements and quality standards.
• Assess data quality and lead cleansing activities to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytical methods.
• Develop clear data visualizations and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with organizational goals.
• Apply statistical techniques, exploratory data analysis, data governance, and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Work authorization: Must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Onsite attendance in Bentonville, Arkansas is required; remote and hybrid work are not available.
• Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years of relevant experience, a master's degree in a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in data analysis, data science, or statistical methods.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Matplotlib, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of data quality management, big data technologies, data architecture, and machine learning applications.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce.
• Experience with Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau assessments and business intelligence tools.
• Master's degree in a related technical, business, analytics, or quantitative field.
