Senior Data Analyst

Location: Full-time onsite role in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; remote and hybrid options are not available.

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate data sources against business requirements and quality standards.
• Perform data quality assessments, cleansing activities, and ongoing quality monitoring.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using analytical and statistical methods.
• Develop and present visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business strategy.
• Explore data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights while mentoring junior analysts.

Requirements

• Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship is required.
• Onsite work in Bentonville, Arkansas is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 2 years of related experience, a relevant master’s degree, or 4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data sources, data quality assessment, data management, governance, and quality standards.
• Experience with Python, SQL, statistical techniques, and advanced visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver actionable business insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in data science, data analysis, statistics, retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce.
• Experience with Spark, Scala, R, or additional business intelligence tools.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or successful completion of data analysis and business intelligence assessments.
