Senior Growth Analyst (Data Analytics)

Location: Fayetteville Sales Office in Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year

What you will do

• Analyze consumer, customer, digital, market, and share-performance data to identify business insights.
• Translate complex analytical results and algorithms into clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Lead and improve analytical programs for a business unit, category, or region.
• Build analytical capabilities, solutions, and approaches that support business growth.
• Communicate insights to leaders and influence Customer and Brand teams through data-driven storytelling.
• Collaborate with Consumer Research, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 2–8+ years of related work experience.
• Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve defined business problems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to use data and insights to influence recommendations.
• Business, consultancy, data, and analytical problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer packaged goods, media, retail, or e-commerce analytics.
• Data management and visualization experience with SQL, KNIME, Spotfire, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Programming experience with Python, R, C++, or Java.
