Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Aerospace)

Location: Milton Keynes, United Kingdom; on-site

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage technical candidates across aerospace, engineering, and software disciplines.
• Assess candidates’ technical capabilities and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from screening and interviews through offer negotiation and extension.
• Build candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, conferences, networking, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Support talent acquisition projects and additional recruiting activities in a high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least five years of technical recruiting experience in aerospace, space, and/or defense.
• Prior experience in the aerospace industry or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience recruiting for aerospace, electrical, mechanical, software, and other engineering roles, including areas such as digital hardware, power electronics, FPGA, RF, and antenna design.
• Strong networking, communication, organization, and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority technical requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
