What you will do

• Create detailed functional and nonfunctional business requirements covering processes, rules, data, and security.
• Gather and interpret information from databases, interviews, and other sources to make recommendations.
• Validate test cases and support application development teams with business process documentation.
• Translate technical concepts for business audiences and business information for technical audiences.
• Develop estimates, implementation plans, project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Lead small to medium projects, provide direction to team members, and apply risk, issue, and change management principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five years of financial services or related experience, including business analysis, requirements gathering, issue tracking, and change management.
• Four years of data analysis experience with hands-on Microsoft Excel, SQL, Unix, and Python.
• Three years of AWS experience, business process documentation, data lineage mapping, data transformation logic, and wireframing or prototyping tools.
• Two years working with Know Your Client, Customer Due Diligence, and Enhanced Due Diligence processes.
• Experience supporting vendor-based AML software implementations such as Mantas, NICE Actimize, or Hummingbird.
