Sr. Principal BA & Solution Architect (Fintech)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid/remote eligibility with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office and regular travel to Atlanta required on 24 hours' notice

What you will do

• Oversee technology development across internal and external applications, systems architecture, data infrastructure, warehouses, and supporting infrastructure.
• Review system requirements and business processes, design solutions using architecture patterns, and support application maintenance.
• Partner with investment management, order management, compliance, operations, and trading teams to understand workflows and design collaborative solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, end users, and internal or external teams through solution design, testing, and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 6 years developing technology solutions.
• Experience with Charles River IMS front-office modules, including Manager Workbench, Blotters, Workflow Rules, Reports, Imports, Extracts, Privileging, Data Schema, Market Data, Middle Tiers, APIs, and plugins.
• Experience in investment management front-office systems and workflows, including work with a trading desk and equity, fixed income, and derivative asset classes.
• Experience with layered architecture, microservices, event-driven architecture, Python, SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Must be available for regular travel to the Atlanta office and meetings with project teams within 24 hours’ notice.
