Senior Financial Systems Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid; minimum three days per week onsite in Reno, NV or San Ramon, CA. US work authorization is required without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $107,000–$147,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with FP&A and Accounting to identify operational bottlenecks and implement reporting, workflow, and system improvements.
• Administer accounting and planning systems, including configuration, integrations, user access, and ongoing maintenance.
• Design and maintain dashboards and self-service reports for financial and operational performance.
• Automate repetitive Finance processes using SQL, Python, and AI tools.
• Lead system upgrades and implementations, including scoping, data migration, mapping, and pre-launch validation.
• Coordinate Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics on systems, automation, and reporting projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial systems, data analytics, or finance operations.
• Hands-on administration or configuration experience with an ERP or financial planning platform such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Coupa, BlackLine, Sage Intacct, or a comparable system.
• Experience building practical dashboards and reports from raw data.
• Working knowledge of the general ledger, AP/AR, close cycles, and revenue recognition.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both accounting and engineering stakeholders.
• US work authorization without employer sponsorship and availability for at least three onsite days per week in Reno or San Ramon.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Experience in fintech, investment management, or another complex regulated industry.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and data pipeline or ETL tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
