Focus on coordinating MEP trades, managing commissioning documentation, and resolving conflicts across construction and startup activities.
Location: Atlanta, GA — onsite, full time; willingness to travel required
is a commercial general contractor whose teams build trust with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Conduct field inspections, progress updates, and document control for MEP construction
- Assist in developing and updating the MEP critical path schedule and project logistics
- Review mechanical and electrical submittals and coordinate equipment deliveries
- Support startup, pretesting, and third-party commissioning of MEP systems, managing commissioning documentation
- Assist bidding mechanical and electrical trades and running project meetings
- Support quality control and conflict resolution for MEP issues alongside the project superintendent
- High school diploma required; four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred
- 2–5 years of commercial construction experience, including with a commercial general contractor
- Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills
- Aptitude for problem solving and ability to work independently
- Comfort using computer and software technology
- Willingness to travel
