Infrastructure Operations Coordinator (MEP)

What you will do

• Supervise electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electronic control, fire alarm, and life safety operations.
• Lead trade technicians, provide coaching and performance feedback, and manage personnel development.
• Plan preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinate service calls and emergency repairs, and maintain venue readiness.
• Develop and manage maintenance and utility budgets, validate meter readings and billing, and oversee vendor payments.
• Implement energy conservation initiatives and optimize building management controls to reduce consumption and operating costs.
• Coordinate with facility maintenance, show and ride operations, utility providers, and government agencies on reliability, safety, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of commercial or industrial utilities operations and maintenance experience, including 3–5+ years supervising technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of MEP infrastructure, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, energy management, and life safety systems.
• High school diploma or GED required; related associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• At least one required credential: licensed journeyman electrician, licensed journeyman plumber, Class A or B HVAC license, or universal refrigerant handling EPA certification.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in a high-volume operational environment.

Nice to have

• Active contractor license in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing.
• Government or military utility trade certifications.
• Experience in a large-scale resort, theme park, or complex commercial hospitality environment.
