Superintendent

Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina, United States; on-site. Must report to various work locations as assigned.

What you will do

• Supervise daily project-site operations, company field labor, third-party hourly workers, and subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule, sequence, and coordinate field activities to meet project completion dates.
• Lead on-site meetings with subcontractors, owners, tradespeople, and owner occupants.
• Establish and enforce project safety and quality-control plans based on project documents, specifications, and local building codes.
• Coordinate material deliveries, monitor subcontractor progress, and resolve field conflicts.
• Maintain daily reports, jobsite photographs, as-built drawings, schedules, RFIs, change-order documentation, and back-charge records.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of general construction experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with project managers, assistant project managers, senior project managers, owners, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
• Ability to work on-site in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and report to various assigned work locations.
