General Manager (Fashion Retail)

Location: New York, Madison Ave store

Base salary: $107,000–$112,000 per year, plus a short-term incentive program, clothing allowance, merchandise discounts, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead sales performance, customer service, clienteling, and store-floor execution.
• Set and evaluate weekly, monthly, and seasonal goals while maximizing sales through floor supervision.
• Recruit, schedule, train, coach, and develop sales associates and assistant managers.
• Manage payroll, wage costs, staffing levels, loss prevention, inventory paperwork, cash accuracy, and store assets.
• Execute visual merchandising, floor sets, promotional directives, and store presentation standards.
• Represent hirify.global fashion and styling standards, including discussing products and fashion on social media video and stills.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the luxury business and at least 2 years of retail store management experience in women's apparel or a related field.
• Strong team leadership, customer service, interpersonal, verbal communication, organization, and operational skills.
• Strong visual background, knowledge of current fashion trends, and an eye for women's fashion.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong observation, information retention, problem-solving, and performance-coaching skills.
• Ability to create a professional, respectful, collaborative environment that supports high performance.
