Store Manager (Bicycle Retail)

Salary: $80,000–$92,000 annual

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day store operations and plans for future store performance.
• Drive sales from the shop floor while delivering high-quality customer hospitality.
• Participate in budgeting, financial reviews, and performance coaching.
• Train employees, run bi-weekly leadership meetings, and develop team performance.
• Oversee merchandising, displays, inventory, supplies, and QuickBooks exports.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, discipline, engagement, and other HR processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of team leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs, profit and loss statements, budgets, payroll, scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Interest in bicycles and cycling.
• Flexibility and resourcefulness in a fast-moving retail environment.
