Store Manager (Disney Stores, San Francisco Premium Outlets)

Location: Livermore, California, United States. Onsite store role with flexible availability required for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts; occasional overnight travel may be required.

Salary: $71,600–$95,900 per year, plus potential bonus and/or long-term incentive units.

What you will do

• Lead daily store operations and create an engaging, entertaining, and brand-consistent guest environment.
• Coach, motivate, develop, and retain Store Leadership Team members and Cast.
• Drive sales, exceptional omnichannel guest experiences, and operational excellence.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, shrink, supplies, and other expenses to support store profitability.
• Maintain storytelling, visual, and store standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Build relationships with community, regional, peer, and Home Base partners.

Requirements

• Two to four years of successful store leadership experience in specialty retail.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead teams that deliver results.
• Strong business acumen, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds and climb a ladder.
• Open availability is required for flexible scheduling, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Professional appearance consistent with the Disney Look.
