Management Consulting Supervisor, Life Sciences Advisory

Location: Chicago, United States; travel of 50% or more is required.

Salary: $107,000–$214,500 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead consulting engagements for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
• Provide expertise in Gross-to-Net revenue analytics, government pricing, contract and channel valuation, compliance, and Fair Market Value analysis.
• Lead cross-functional assessments and transformations across Managed Markets, Finance, and Medical Affairs.
• Develop market access and pricing strategies and oversee government price modeling for commercial, government, and distribution contracts.
• Guide clients in operationalizing compliant pricing, utilization management, price reporting, and price transparency programs.
• Manage engagement teams, client relationships, business development, proposals, budgets, margins, billing, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 6 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Strong critical thinking, business process mapping, data analysis, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve complex business problems, work through ambiguity, and operate independently and collaboratively.
• Client service and relationship-building skills, including communication with executive-level stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% or more.

Nice to have

• Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or related bachelor’s degree.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, MBA or advanced degree, and project management certification.
• Knowledge of global regulatory requirements and experience communicating with executive-level clients.
