Business Consulting Manager (Healthcare Provider)

Location: New York, New York, United States. Hybrid work combines working from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices for most of the week. Client-facing work may require travel.

Salary: $200,000–$229,500 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze clinical data to identify trends, ensure data quality, and produce actionable insights for healthcare providers and administrators.
• Answer clients’ business analytics and reporting questions using quantitative analysis.
• Collaborate with hospitals and health systems to define information needs and create targeted analytical plans.
• Determine which data should be used, evaluate its quality, and develop solutions for specific client needs.
• Communicate analytical results to clients with emphasis on business decisions and outcomes.
• Build expertise in client analytics areas, manage teams, and support senior healthcare decision makers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline, or a relevant PhD; 5–8 years of relevant experience may substitute for an MBA or PhD.
• 7+ years of experience with electronic health record or electronic medical record systems and strong analytical work.
• Experience with advanced modeling techniques and tools such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Ability to lead and manage teams, communicate effectively with senior-level decision makers, and solve analytical problems creatively.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, initiative, maturity, and client service orientation.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
