What you will do

• Deliver customized analyses using the Operational Database (ODB) and operational, quality, procedural, and utilization data.
• Evaluate variation in hospital performance, costs, productivity, utilization, outcomes, supply use, and facility operations against peer benchmarks.
• Translate healthcare operations and finance data into actionable insights for strategic, operational, and executive decisions.
• Collaborate with hospital finance and operations teams to understand requirements, business processes, and performance priorities.
• Plan and facilitate client meetings, present findings, manage expectations, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Contribute to mentoring, knowledge sharing, and team best practices.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare finance, hospital operations, supply chain, or procedural analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, data management, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work with limited supervision.
• A relevant degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence solutions.
• Experience with the Clinical Database (CDB) or Operational Database (ODB).
