Principal Data & Analytics Strategy and Technology Consultant, Healthcare & Life Sciences

Salary: $190,000–$240,000 per year

What you will do

• Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior healthcare and life sciences stakeholders and internal account teams.
• Lead engagements that define and solve complex data problems, including data strategy, maturity assessments, governance, and transformation roadmaps.
• Guide enterprise data platform, warehouse, data lake, lakehouse, and data science platform strategy and technology selection.
• Support account planning, business development, opportunity assessment, RFP responses, proposals, and deal closure.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice and Data & Analytics Lab.
• Drive client value, revenue growth, new account acquisition, and billable utilization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering data strategy, governance, data maturity, and data-driven transformation projects for Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations.
• Experience in custom IT services, custom IT solutions, or IT implementation environments, with knowledge of the software development services landscape.
• Experience leading enterprise change management and complex technology initiatives while communicating with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience influencing data solution design and technology selection, including strategies that enable in-house AI platforms.
• Experience in the Healthcare and/or Life Sciences industries in the US and Europe.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, the EU AI Act, FHIR, HL7, SNOMED, ICD-10, TEFCA, and EHDS.
