RFP Senior Analyst (Asset Management)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work environment with remote and onsite work

Salary: $70,000–$101,000 base salary annually, plus eligibility for an incentive bonus

What you will do

• Manage RFPs, DDQs, and other information requests from scoping through final delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, stakeholder input, reviews, signatures, and document finalization.
• Source and consolidate firm and product data while following legal and compliance requirements.
• Partner with senior team members to align responses with messaging, regulatory, branding, and procedural standards.
• Prioritize multiple concurrent requests across regions and meet stringent deadlines.
• Improve request-management processes, templates, documentation, and governance procedures.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of professional experience, preferably in asset management or RFP/DDQ work.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, request-management, communication, writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to collaborate across the organization and communicate professionally with senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; occasional travel may be required.

• Familiarity with RFP or content-management software.
