Senior Analyst, TS Market Operations - Extended Hours (Financial Markets)

Location: Hybrid work with defined in-person requirements in U.S. locations, including Rockville, MD. Extended-hours schedule: 8:00pm–4:00am EST.

Salary: $83,300–$148,600 for Rockville, MD; ranges vary by listed U.S. location.

What you will do

• Monitor intraday trading across hirify.global trade reporting facilities using system alerts, phone inquiries, and email.
• Resolve routine operational matters and escalate complex or novel issues to senior staff and subject-matter experts.
• Support member firms, self-regulatory organizations, hirify.global departments, vendors, and exchanges.
• Maintain operational databases and thorough documentation of alert reviews.
• Prepare clear written summaries for senior leadership and contribute to policies, procedures, analytics tools, and operational methodologies.
• Apply regulatory knowledge to identify potential securities rule violations and support market integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least three years of experience in securities, financial services, financial markets operations, or a regulatory environment.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global and other SRO rules and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, organizational, and independent-working skills.
• Ability to work the 8:00pm–4:00am EST extended-hours schedule in a hybrid environment with defined in-person requirements.
• Financial systems and database experience is preferred.
