Senior Analyst, TS Market Operations

Location: Hybrid work with defined in-person requirements; Rockville, Maryland, and other listed U.S. locations. Core coverage requires scheduled 8-hour shifts within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST.

Salary: $83,300–$148,600 annually in Rockville, MD. Other U.S. location-based ranges may apply.

What you will do

• Monitor intraday trading across hirify.global trade reporting facilities using system alerts, phone inquiries, and email requests.
• Resolve routine operational matters and escalate complex or novel issues to senior staff and subject-matter experts.
• Respond to member firms, self-regulatory organizations, hirify.global departments, and vendors while maintaining marketplace-support databases.
• Document alert reviews and prepare clear written summaries for senior leadership.
• Support junior analysts and contribute to section policies, procedures, analytics tools, and operational methodologies.
• Apply regulatory knowledge to evaluate potential securities rule violations and support market integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business, plus at least three years of experience in securities, financial services, financial markets operations, or a regulatory environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global and other SRO rules and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Ability to identify potential securities rule violations and apply analytical and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and prepare clear reports and presentations for leadership.
• Experience with financial systems and databases is preferred.
• Ability to work hybrid with defined in-person requirements and scheduled coverage during the EST business-day window.
