Sr. Business Analyst (Hybrid - Edgewood, NY or Boston, MA)

Location: Hybrid — Edgewood, NY or Boston, MA, United States

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and adjust solicitation strategies using shareholder ownership data, vote status, and campaign results.
• Monitor campaign progress, recommend next steps, and coordinate solicitation activities with project managers and operational teams.
• Analyze campaign data in Excel and the mainframe-based Proxy Plus system, track results, and prepare reporting.
• Participate in client calls covering campaign status, planned activities, risks, and changes in approach.
• Monitor campaign costs against budgets and escalate potential cost or schedule issues.
• Monitor service levels and metrics, resolve complex issues, and support less-experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• In-depth experience in business analysis, client service delivery, campaign management, or a related area.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret multiple data sources and make practical recommendations.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, service commitments, and client expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently, apply best practices, and collaborate across project and operational teams.
• Experience with fund or ETF proxy campaigns and Proxy Plus is relevant.
