Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do
- Plan, scope, and execute procurement activities within established business process controls.
- Train, develop, and evaluate the purchasing team to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage supplier certifications, documentation, scorecards, and vendor relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations and support buyers with order follow-up and escalations.
- Manage division-wide procurement requirements, systems, and policies.
- Monitor supply levels and inventory goals while preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience, or demonstrated career growth with increasing responsibility, decision-making authority, and leadership contributions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
- Experience managing procurement operations, suppliers, contracts, and inventory requirements.
- U.S. Person status is required due to access to information regulated by ITAR and/or EAR.
