Purchasing Manager (Semiconductors)

Location: Marshall, Minnesota, United States; onsite at the Marshall facility. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR requirements.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Plan, scope, and execute procurement activities within established business process controls.
• Train, develop, and evaluate the purchasing team to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage supplier certifications, documentation, scorecards, and vendor relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations and support buyers with order follow-up and escalations.
• Manage division-wide procurement requirements, systems, and policies.
• Monitor supply levels and inventory goals while preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience, or demonstrated career growth with increasing responsibility, decision-making authority, and leadership contributions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
• Experience managing procurement operations, suppliers, contracts, and inventory requirements.
• U.S. Person status is required due to access to information regulated by ITAR and/or EAR.
