Senior Financial Analyst - Commercial Project Manager (CPM)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week from home within the Orlando area. Travel up to 10% is required.

What you will do

• Partner with the Project Manager to control project costs and pricing for large power plant projects typically valued at $100 million to $500 million.
• Establish and maintain project financial frameworks based on contractual agreements.
• Manage project financials, including monthly revenue recognition, cash flow and payment plans, and customer invoicing.
• Coordinate finance-related topics across accounting, legal, tax, foreign exchange, and non-conformance management.
• Assess financial risks and opportunities, optimize profit margins, and prepare quarterly project reviews for executive management.
• Support contract compliance, customer negotiations, audits, and external auditor interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in business administration or finance, preferably with project management experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Percentage of Completion accounting.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and independent working skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. A passport must be obtainable for business travel.
