What you will do

• Monitor project expenditures, forecasts, allocated budgets, and financial variances.
• Create, submit, and track project, contract, and financial requests through enterprise project management systems.
• Analyze financial and project data, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile records for internal controls and compliance audits.
• Populate standard reports, track operational metrics, and respond to audit and leadership information requests.
• Present financial findings and data analysis to senior peers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments to exchange data, streamline processes, and support project initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in financial management, project controls, or business data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel capabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and financial ERP systems.
• Basic working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and time-management skills with close attention to detail and self-direction.

Nice to have

• Experience managing multiple concurrent work items and adapting to changing project priorities.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
