Senior Strategic Pricing & Value Realization Analyst

Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA. Office environment with occasional travel.

What you will do

• Execute corporate pricing strategies and supporting systems across residential, wholesale, and retail channels, product categories, subsidiaries, and international markets.
• Analyze proposed pricing actions, promotions, line reviews, pricing discrepancies, customer profitability, product costs, and gross margins.
• Identify price improvement opportunities through data mining, aggregation, reporting, and quantitative and qualitative pricing analysis.
• Develop corporate pricing goals, promote consistent pricing models and guidelines, and lead process improvements through implementation.
• Monitor competitive and market trends and provide recommendations for pricing changes and strategic account projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Legal on pricing, cost trends, customer communications, and contract terms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, pricing structure analysis, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of P&Ls, gross and net margins, operating income, and KPIs.
• Ability to analyze financial data, develop detailed P&Ls, and perform break-even uplift analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, SAP BI, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and work effectively across organizational levels.
