What you will do

• Gather and analyze client forms, data files, products, and business requirements to configure hirify.global systems.
• Create data maps and transaction workflow documentation describing field conversion and processing.
• Customize hirify.global software, including screens, fields, forms, tables, and product sets.
• Test conversions, validate data loads and reports, and balance results between legacy systems and hirify.global.
• Coordinate conversion readiness reviews, obtain client acceptance and sign-off, and support post-conversion issue resolution.
• Train internal and external customers, provide subject-matter expertise, and act as an onsite resource during conversion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Experience with payroll integration.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications and explain technical and business concepts.
• High attention to detail in data mapping and validation, with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida, United States.
