Trade Support Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, with a hybrid working model

Salary: $46,000–$72,000 per year, excluding incentive compensation and other remuneration.

What you will do

• Support Fixed Income, Equities, and Liquidity Management desks with trade matching, transmission, confirmation, and settlement.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, brokers, custodians, and global Operations teams to mitigate trade-date and T+0 risks.
• Monitor the Aladdin Trading System Dashboard, SWIFT transmissions, and SMF Pending Queue to identify and resolve message failures.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and communicate with custodians about settlements and operational exceptions.
• Investigate operational breaks, recurring issues, system problems, and Portfolio Manager investable cash discrepancies.
• Maintain Desktop Procedures and identify opportunities to automate processes using artificial intelligence and other technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or two to three years of relevant financial industry experience.
• Experience with or strong knowledge of fixed-income instruments, including MBS, Money Market Products, and Municipal Bonds.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and trade confirmation messaging.
• Experience with the Aladdin platform, Aladdin Data Exchange, SWIFT, static data mapping, and BlackRock Query Language.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, client service, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and resolve time-sensitive issues.
