Associate Analyst, Advisory Operations (Fintech)

Salary: $21.69–$36.15 per hour

What you will do

• Process FBVA Direct Debit fees.
• Coordinate with annuity carriers and internal departments on processing and payouts.
• Research and resolve fee inquiries, issues, and escalated items.
• Meet strict deadlines while working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Update and maintain policy and procedure documentation.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in brokerage, accounting, or financial services.
• 1–2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
• 1–2 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to perform accurately under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
