Financial Relationship Banker - Farmington (Banking)

Location: Farmington, MI; office-based role

What you will do

• Build, retain, and deepen consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide customer service, resolve issues, and follow up with customers and referrals.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military administration, contracting, or civil affairs.
• Ability to provide fingerprints and complete additional background checks under NMLS regulations.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products and comfort using digital banking technology.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, or business lending.
