Location: Glastonbury, Connecticut, United States of America; onsite work in an open, face-to-face branch environment.

Salary: $22.61–$37.67 per hour, USD.

What you will do

• Assess customer needs, identify sales opportunities, open accounts, and refer complex needs to appropriate banking partners.
• Conduct proactive customer outreach by phone and email, schedule appointments, prepare pre-call plans, and follow up after interactions.
• Onboard new customers and build trust with existing customers through regular relationship management.
• Present suitable financial products and services while coordinating with internal business partners.
• Manage lobby flow and provide customer servicing for retail and business clients.
• Maintain compliance, audit, fraud-prevention, KYC, CIP, internal-control, and Federal SAFE Act requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least two years of retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience, or at least one year of proactive sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, customer service, organization, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Financial services product knowledge and the ability to communicate tactfully with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology and standard communication equipment.
• Ability to work in an onsite, face-to-face branch environment and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift objects weighing 5–30 pounds, read fine print, and use hands and fingers for prolonged periods.

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
• Notary public license.
• Bilingual ability based on branch needs.
