Account Director (Podcast Advertising)

Location: Remote in the United States, with locations listed as Los Angeles and New York

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 yearly plus bonus

What you will do

• Close new business and drive revenue growth.
• Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting and lead qualification through contract close.
• Identify new business opportunities and map podcast advertising and media intelligence solutions to market needs.
• Manage existing accounts and renewals to maintain strong retention.
• Use SaaS tools to track performance and improve sales tactics.
• Develop best practices that strengthen the overall sales approach.

Requirements

• Proven success closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in brand communications, internal brand and communications operations, or advertising agency sales.
• Familiarity with media intelligence.
• Experience with traditional SaaS sales and consultative, relationship-driven selling.
• Strategic thinking, strong organization, self-motivation, and the ability to manage new business and renewals.
• Strong communication skills across multiple outreach channels.
