Salary: $62,623.97–$70,000.00 per year, plus bonus and/or commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead customer discussions to understand business guidelines and insurance claims processes.
• Develop and maintain business rules in CCC’s Audit rules engine.
• Analyze Audit rule results to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Consult with customers and provide recommendations to support performance goals.
• Respond to customer and internal account-team troubleshooting requests.
• Collaborate with Product Development on rule templates and Audit solution enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including confidence presenting to customers.
• Experience analyzing complex data and drawing meaningful conclusions.
• Creative problem-solving skills, independence, organization, and attention to detail.
