Senior Business Systems Analyst, Customer Success Support (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and their impact on Gainsight and other customer systems.
• Map, document, and implement customer success processes while supporting services strategy and operational improvements.
• Define customer health metrics and configure health scores based on customer data.
• Prepare business process change documentation, user stories, workflows, and functional design inputs.
• Evaluate technology solutions, recommend best-practice approaches, and collaborate with application teams on configuration, development, and enhancements.
• Participate in sprint planning and design reviews, conduct data audits, and identify performance improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce and customer success solution design.
• Strong Salesforce and customer success technology experience, including Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Strong understanding of process definition methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Visio or other modeling tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis for process definition, adherence monitoring, and performance reporting.
