Agency Development Support (Podcast Advertising)

Location: New York, hybrid

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 yearly plus bonus

What you will do

• Manage regular reporting for agency clients by gathering, formatting, and communicating data.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams on account updates, priorities, and next steps.
• Maintain agency contacts, account statuses, and CRM activity records.
• Generate and audit sales reports against quarterly and annual goals.
• Support billing, reconciliation, contracts, and agreements with finance, data, product, operations, and legal teams.
• Prepare meeting, presentation, sales, marketing, and client communication materials.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management or client relationship experience.
• Experience in the media or agency industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong project and portfolio management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
