Senior Analyst, Corporate Accounting (AI)

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and data visualizations using Power BI, SQL, Excel, Alteryx, Blackline, and related technologies.
• Extract, transform, validate, and integrate data from SAP, BPC, Blackline, Workday, SQL databases, and other financial systems.
• Design scalable ETL processes, reusable datasets, semantic models, reporting standards, and data-quality controls.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders on automation, process optimization, and financial digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, financial systems, or finance analytics.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems such as SAP, BPC, Blackline, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and PivotTables, plus experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms, SQL, ETL, data modeling, and reporting automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or certifications in Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, data analytics, or AI and automation technologies.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Blackline, BPC, automotive or manufacturing accounting, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Project management experience and a continuous-improvement mindset focused on streamlining and automation.
