Principal, Program Management Excellence- Operations (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Anaheim, California; Herndon, Virginia; Camden, New Jersey; Palm Bay, Florida; Northampton, Massachusetts; or Millersville, Maryland

Salary: $133K–$247K or $153K–$284K annually, depending on geographic location

What you will do

• Drive predictable Operations performance across Maritime Sector programs.
• Lead Operations baseline planning, including cost and schedule execution.
• Manage CAM training and certification for the Operations function.
• Partner with program teams, IPTs, and Operations stakeholders to strengthen functional and CAM excellence.
• Support gate reviews, independent reviews, sector reviews, and program risk and opportunity management.
• Coordinate PMX priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of experience, a postgraduate degree and 10 years of experience, or 16 years of related experience without a degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in aerospace and defense program management, Operations management, and EVMS.
• Experience managing profit and loss (P&L).
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
• Ability to travel at least 25%; preferred availability includes travel of up to 50%.
