Inventory Control Specialist (AI Cloud)

Location: East Windsor, New Jersey, United States; 100% onsite at a data center. Travel to other data center locations may be required.

Base salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits based on eligibility.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventories of servers, networking equipment, and other IT assets across the data center region.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of IT materials between data centers and other facilities.
• Conduct recurring inventory audits and update records to maintain accuracy and completeness.
• Work with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance to allocate hardware and materials efficiently.
• Document inventory activity, shipments, and audits, and prepare reports for management.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies while using asset management software and Excel.

Requirements

• Professional experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a data center environment, move and lift heavy objects, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn about cloud computing services.
• Must have U.S. work authorization that does not require company sponsorship now or in the future and meet applicable U.S. export-control access requirements.
