Supervisor, Weigh & Kitting

Location: Fully site-based in Vacaville, California, United States

Base annual salary: $82,000–$137,500, plus a performance-related bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise a shift of Weigh and Kitting employees supporting Vacaville manufacturing operations.
• Build a safe, engaging, high-performing work environment while meeting delivery, compliance, and cost targets.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop direct reports, including workforce planning for operational demand.
• Oversee SOP creation, maintenance, process quality, GMP documentation, and compliant work-area practices.
• Direct GMP material handling and kitting processes to meet agreed service levels.
• Represent operations in audits, inspections, cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life or physical sciences, engineering, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a cGMP, regulated, aseptic, or bioprocessing environment.
• At least 1 year of direct employee management experience.
• Strong understanding of large-scale cGMP warehouse and manufacturing environments, material management, and kitting operations.
• Practical experience with SAP and supply chain or logistics processes.
• Strong problem-solving, training, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
