Salary: $68,500–$106,900 per year

What you will do

• Supervise employees in kitting, fulfillment, and pick-pack departments.
• Coordinate activities across shifts, departments, customer service, scheduling, other locations, and vendors.
• Plan and adjust departmental workflow and production schedules to meet business needs.
• Set and monitor safety, quality, continuous improvement, and KPI targets.
• Manage hiring recommendations, employee development, training, performance documentation, and employee relations.
• Track labor costs and departmental expenditures, prepare management reporting, and troubleshoot operational issues.

Requirements

• Broad technical knowledge of commercial print and/or fulfillment operations.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a comprehensive multi-shift department in a manufacturing environment; printing or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, direct work activities, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of Windows applications, Microsoft Office products, and database systems.
• Ability to learn new systems, manage multiple priorities, drive process improvement, and solve problems proactively.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with WCSS, WBS, Monarch Foundation, DPrint, or FM Pro ship schedules.
