Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $110,400 – $220,800 per year plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own the marketing product roadmap and define the intake model for cross-functional collaboration.
• Design and launch tailored in-app and web campaign experiences for user acquisition and reactivation.
• Optimize the acquisition funnel by applying user psychology and UX thinking to close conversion gaps.
• Manage the incentives layer, including referral mechanics, offers, and recurring deposit campaigns.
• Improve landing page and search performance to ensure paid and offline channels are measurable.
• Define and report on key acquisition and reactivation metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with the right to work.
• Proven experience in product management within consumer fintech or high-growth environments.
• Strong ability to partner with marketing, design, engineering, and data teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics and running product experiments.
• Passion for or knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry.
