What you will do

• Define and lead the analytics strategy and capability roadmap for hirify.global Research.
• Deliver commercial analysis covering revenue performance, renewals, customer retention, market penetration, growth opportunities, and performance risks.
• Build competitive intelligence and market analysis using internal data, external sources, and industry trends.
• Establish standardized KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and globally aligned performance reporting.
• Drive commercial data governance, reporting integrity, automation, and development of a scalable self-service reporting model.
• Advise Research and executive leadership, partner with Finance and cross-functional teams, and mentor analytical talent.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, strategy, or business intelligence.
• Experience building or leading commercial analytics functions, KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and decision-support capabilities.
• Expertise in commercial performance measurement, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, revenue analysis, and scenario planning.
• Experience improving data governance across distributed data ownership structures without formal authority.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder influence, and ability to produce board-quality insights.
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, BigQuery, Power BI, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience in scholarly or academic publishing, information services, media, or technology transformation.
• Familiarity with open access, society publishing models, or research information ecosystems.
• Experience with AI-augmented analytics tools and technology-enabled workflow improvements.
• Experience building analytics capabilities where data infrastructure is limited or immature.
