Senior Manager – Field Intelligence

Location: Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $119,500–$163,875 annually; actual compensation may vary by geographic location, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Deliver Field Intelligence engagements and manage analytics, sales effectiveness, and business technology initiatives.
• Develop field reporting, AI-enabled reporting, customer dynamic targeting, call planning, alignment design, and ad-hoc analytics solutions.
• Partner with client stakeholders to translate business objectives and problems into requirements and actionable solutions.
• Design, configure, communicate, and implement SalesIQ Field Intelligence programs.
• Prepare client-ready presentations and recommendations while managing multiple concurrent workstreams and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to hiring, thought leadership, capability building, and SFE consulting engagements.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Life Sciences commercial analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Field Intelligence or field reporting and sales force effectiveness analytics.
• Experience with customer dynamic targeting, call planning, and alignment design.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Business Technology, Information Management, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related discipline; an MBA is also relevant.
• Strong communication skills for presenting analytical insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple parallel workstreams in a global delivery model.
