Bus Analytics Consultant Senior (AI)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Philadelphia, PA; Jacksonville, FL; Dallas, TX; or another location within hirify.global's footprint.

Base salary: $80,500.00–$142,350.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop data-driven analytical solutions and applications across business functions and units.
• Consult with business clients on analytics tools, strategy implementation, monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, and data quality.
• Determine optimal analytical approaches and support the development, implementation, and enhancement of solutions.
• Conceptualize, develop, and continuously optimize analytical products for business leadership.
• Analyze results and communicate recommendations from complex analytical solutions to business partners, senior management, and diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and business analytics capabilities.
• Strong knowledge and practical use of Python and SQL.
• Interest in and ability to use AI and prompt engineering to accelerate analytics outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to change, evolve analytical practices, and support risk-aware, customer-focused decision-making.

Nice to have

• Understanding of banking data frameworks and concepts.
• Business intelligence, data integration, market research, performance metrics, qualitative research, and strategic planning experience.
• Certifications relevant to the role.
